Remote Desktop Support
Remote desktop support will allow trained ICLOPS technical staff to see your desktop and guide you in the data extraction process. It will also give the technician the ability to troubleshoot any issues remotely. The remote assistance uses secure 128 encryption to make sure all line traffic is safe and secure.
